From passion to beats in flow!
Nigel Lakefield (real name: Nigel van de Meerakker) is a talented tech-house DJ and producer hailing from the south of the Netherlands.
His musical journey began at the age of 10, and by the time he was just 13, he made a significant impact as a finalist in the regional talent show Popsport.
Throughout his teenage years, Nigel gained increasing recognition, performing at major regionalfestivals such as Park City Live, Castle of Love, and Groove Garden.
His passion for music even led him to make a cameo on the big screen, where heappeared as himself in the Dutch film Fataal.

In the following years, Nigel focused on self-discovery and creativity.
Last year(2023), he dedicated himself to producing and releasing his own music, striving toestablish a unique identity within the tech-house genre and the house community.Nigel’s first original track, Coming Soon, dropped on June 7, 2024, marking the startof a steady flow of new releases.
